This week’s guest is John Ladley. John is an experienced practitioner who helps organizations define and transition to new business and data capabilities. His books are considered the primary source for organizations to enable alignment of business and data strategy, organizational change and practical application of data technology to business problems. John focuses on adding data to the society’s and organization’s mentality – our postindustrial era must address Land, Labor, Capital, and Data.

We discuss the evolution of data challenges in our organizations, and how history seems to repeat itself in a number of ways. We consider the impact of current events on the future of data, and even identify how our current remote-working environment may have some positives in making it all happen.
